Overview
All of our products are custom created, hand-crafted gifts.
Custom Orders
Custom orders will require a 50% down payment and approval from customer before supplies are ordered to complete the custom order. All custom orders have varying timelines. A general guideline is listed in the item description. If circumstances will delay the order beyond the listed time, email communication will be sent. The only time a refund will be given is if the update timeframe does not meet the customer’s needs. The remaining 50% will be due prior to shipping and an invoice will be sent. Repairs/Replacements for custom orders follow the guidelines below.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds for any physical items once an order has been placed.
Repairs/Replacements
Repairs are authorized on a case by case basis and are eligible for 1 year after initial purchase. Reasons for eligible repair/replacement do not include negligence such as destruction by animals, inappropriate use, and/or not following care instructions provided with item.
Gifts
Items purchased as gifts will be treated as all other items. Please make sure to read the description of each item for proper care, age of use, etc.
Shipping Items for Repair
Items needing repair will be sent a prepaid shipping label.
